Full-Time

Support our lead teachers in creating a nurturing and educational environment for young learners.
All staff are mandated reporters under Indiana law. We provide comprehensive training on recognizing and reporting suspected abuse or neglect. Any suspicion or disclosure must be reported immediately to Child Protective Services and documented according to state requirements.
We invest in ongoing staff professional development to support continuous quality improvement and positive outcomes for children and families. Training includes child development, curriculum implementation, and safety practices.
All staff undergo thorough background checks including state and federal criminal history, sex offender registry, and child abuse/neglect registry clearances as required by Indiana licensing regulations.
Staff must obtain or maintain CPR and First Aid certification. Additional training in health, safety, and emergency procedures is provided regularly to ensure preparedness.
